Baptism‑Only Trial Package
The Baptism‑Only Trial Package is a simplified evaluation edition of the Church Archive Library system. It is designed specifically for parishes and administrators who wish to test the software’s stability, workflow, and ease of use before adopting the full suite.
Purpose of the Trial Edition
This package provides a controlled environment for testing. Limiting features and focusing on a single sacrament, it allows evaluators to explore the interface, confirm compatibility with parish computers, and assess how well the system fits into existing office routines.
To Install: Right‑click the ZIP package and choose “Extract All…” to place the folder onto your hard drive. Once the extraction is complete, run RunOnce.bat. This will create a desktop shortcut and launch the program automatically. After installation, you may start the program at any time by using the new desktop shortcut.
